Now Hiring - Logistics Account Manager in Huntingburg, IN

Rosy Acres LLC is looking for a Logistics Account Manager with experience in supply chain/logistics management. The Logistics Account Manager's primary focus will be to develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and carriers that fit within Rosy Acres' core competencies while acting as the liaison between all parties involved in the movement of freight. By acting as the main point of contact for multiple accounts, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure timely delivery and help grow our business.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and lead generation through various methods (cold calling, networking, email communication, social media)
• Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business through face-to-face contact with the customers
• Lead the negotiation of pricing between carriers and customers with limited supervision
• Conduct on-site customer visits as needed
• Manage broker and customer service aspects of assigned shipments and/or customer accounts
• Other operational duties

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
• 2 years' sales and/or operational experience within the 3PL/Logistics industry (preferred but not required)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving skills
• Motivated and self-driven
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,711.55 - $65,464.77 per year
